Student Representative Breakfast!
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 18th, 7:30 am-9:00 am
What is a Student Rep Breakfast?
The student rep breakfast (SRB) is a forum used to discuss all aspects of our students’ academic life. The SRB is held once a term, where all student representatives are invited to gather at a breakfast with their peers, and share their classmates’ feedback pertaining to ADEP and the CLU experience. The breakfast begins at 7:30am and ends at 9:00am. A continental breakfast is served prior to the start of the meeting.
What is a Student Representative?
A student representative is an individual who volunteers to act as spokesperson on behalf of his/her class. The representative is the gatherer of all feedback, ideas, or comments pertaining to ADEP or the CLU experience. It requires the individual who volunteers to gather information from her/his classmates from the start of the term until the representative attends the student rep assembly. The student representative is then responsible for sharing the gathered information during the student rep breakfast. The representative is expected to take notes, bringing back pertinent information (the highlights of the meeting) to his/her classmates.
How do you become a Student Representative?
Volunteer! Make sure your classmates’ voices are heard! Let you professor know, ask him/her for the sign up form and have your instructor submit that form to the ADEP office!
