Terry Spehar-Fahey took the time to talk to me about the paintings exhibited in this show.
“I am showing portraits in this exhibition, three oils paintings and two watercolors. Michael inspired me to paint oils again, going back to old masters techniques. I didn’t really do that in college.

Great news!

I’m delighted to announce that we have secured the funding for installation artists Murray and Megan McMillan to do a short residency at CLU in Spring of 2009. 

The money comes from the CLU Artists and Speakers series.

Here’s a shot from their latest work, The Listening Array.

The McMillans have worked internationally as installation and performance artists. Take a look at their blog / website here. They’ll contribute a great deal to the University’s artistic life, I’m certain.
