		<description><![CDATA[Michael, Way to go by starting this sculpture garden with such a significant piece. Teddy&#039;s joy and spirit here through this piece is beautiful. This is the start of a new beginning of public art in the region. May it start a little flame under those-that-be to continue to grow it here and to also move OUTside of the CLU campus and also into more public places in the Conejo Valley and beyond.
