You are a Series 7 and Life Insurance-licensed administrative individual who wants to be an important and significant part of our organization. The Job Responsibilities –

  • Schedules and prepares for client meetings by managing logistics, requesting documentation, running reports, prepping necessary forms and agendas; provides coordination after meeting follow-up in CRM and with other team members
  • Work directly with clients on service questions, opening accounts, financial modeling, life insurance illustrations, funds disbursements, and name/address/beneficiary changes
  • Completes financial planning input into financial modeling software in preparation for annual review process
  • Process completed paperwork and follow up with Broker Dealer, fund companies, custodians, and insurance companies
  • Prepares general correspondence, securities research, monitoring investment accounts, performing trades, and cash flow reporting as directed by the advisor, or when necessary to provide service to clients
  • Provides marketing support, and helps with inputting and maintaining data base and coordinating client mailings
  • Assist other team members when needed, track metrics, and help hold the team accountable

Key requirements –

  • Must be Series 7 registered, and CA Life Insurance licensed
  • 4+ years prior financial services administrative experience including working directly with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong computer skills: ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with CRM systems such as Redtail preferred
